You have the right to know when AI is used in a process that affects you, to a human review of any decision it supported, to an explanation you can understand, and to object. The Rights Center in the portal starts each of these.

No system here infers emotions, monitors faces, or scores you as a person. Interview recordings and transcripts happen only with your consent, and you can withdraw it.
