How to Delete Email Messages in Outlook 2019
You can easily remove email messages in Outlook 2019. The method of deletion depends on the email protocol you are using:
- If you use the POP email protocol, the email will be removed from Outlook 2019 but will remain on the mail server.
- If you use IMAP, the email will be deleted from both Outlook 2019 and the mail server.
Steps to Delete Email Messages
- Open Outlook 2019.
- Go to your Inbox.
- Right-click on the message you want to remove and click on Delete.
